We have classified various induction furnaces as follows:

Advantages of Induction Furnace
Energy/fuel:

- Electric energy furnaces can be used for money, but the energy from fuel is sometimes incomplete, causing high fuel consumption.
- Induction furnace will not use other fuels to warm or melt metal.
- Induction furnace is at a temperature of 1535 C and the average electric power is 550-650 kwh/ton.
- Able to heat thoroughly at all points around the socket.
- Able to melt metal conveniently and quickly and increase productivity than the fuel-based furnace
Usage:
- It has many ranges of operating temperature. It can be adjusted to stemp. Convenient by adjusting the heat button.
- There is an operating button in the control cabinet, which is easy to see and convenient to use. This control cabinet can be installed in the air-conditioned room to be convenient for the workers and prevent damage to electronic devices.
- Able to melt all kinds of metals, but the time may not be equal because it depends on the electrical resistance and the melting point of each metal.
- The furnace has a Control 1 SET cabinet, but there is a coil set for 2 coils (2 furnaces). It can be switched and does not affect the furnace's repair.
